OK, so here goes,
I have recently been diagnosed with anxiety and depression for the first time in my life @ 28 years old and my doctor suggested going to cognitive behavioural therapy to help with this, At my first session I could not hold back the tears….. How embarrassing…. Really don’t think this group therapy is for me but what next…… I have emailed to give my veiw on the situation but can’t help feeling like I should have been able to see it through to the end. I feel so silly but guess I just need to find the right kind of support, in the mean time I will keep blogging and busy myself with my charitybows blog and hope my blogs help or inspire others till then todaloo xxx
